Everything was simply great! Had great stay for three nights, the staff were very nice, location was magnificent in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Beautifully decorated and airy rooms with shower, felt like home. Loved the beautiful decor. Location: the hotel was really close to Very close to beach and a residential area and Treasure Island for NYE. Besides, it was 55 mins walk from Pass-a-Grille Beach.

I had a lovely time soaking up the sun by the pool and enjoying the cozy vibes in the garden area. The outdoor spaces were perfect. Just a heads up, the air conditioning could use an upgrade, but it didn't ruin my stay at all ☀️

Perfect for families looking for a quiet getaway

We stayed in a cottage that had two rooms. One day, we found the owners had set up a nice area outside with chairs and tables under the palm trees, it was just fantastic to relax after the beach.

We hired bikes and explored the area. Enjoyed the playground and lawn games in the courtyard. The laid-back vibe and cute cottages were perfect for our group. Just keep in mind, cleaning duties are your responsibility during checkout.

One downside was being asked to do chores like taking out the trash and cleaning dishes, despite still getting charged a cleaning fee.

the hotel is located next to a lovely quiet neighborhood and is nearby Tampa. Our room was beautifully decorated and airy with easy access to free parking. 3. the staff were friendly and pleasant. 4. the location is magnificent and very close to the beach. 5.
